All orders are subject to availability of the product and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability of product and delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal or courier delays, which we will not be responsible.

We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Website that may contain errors, including, without limitation, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, product descriptions, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.  If we discover an error in your order, and order need to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Hairdressing service

La Biosthetique Coiffure Beaute provides free follow-up service on hair cutting, hair coloring and perming. Customers can return to our store for free follow-up within 7 days after the service. 

The listed price of hair coloring, hair perming, hair treatment and scalp treatments are not included Hair cutting & Blow-out services.

Ordered Items

All ordered item will need 3-5 business days to be ready for dispatch.

Return Policy

We always want to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping on La Biosthetique Coiffure Beaute online store .

If you received damaged full priced merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us for return. We do accept the returns of unused items purchased on website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.

We will issue a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of delivery date. To return, please contact Customer Service by email bookin@labiosthetique.com.hk 

1. Item(s) must be returned to us, within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
2. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
3. Refunds are made to the original form of payment, 
4. If your order contained a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product your refund will not be processed.
5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. No products may be exchanged if on any sale, used, opened or damaged.
7. Each item can only be exchanged once.
8. We will issue a product exchange if you feel allergy with the products purchased in La Biosthetique Coiffure Beaute Online Store if you can provide the following proves:
1. A medical report from the dermatologist must be provided.
2. The date of the medical report should be within 3-month of receipt (based on the delivery record). 
3. The result must be proven that the effect is caused by using the product in the medical report.
4. We will arrange the refund and responsible for the shipping fee of product return according to the above situations.
9. Please allow 1 to 3weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
10. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to La Biosthetique Coiffure Beaute, La Biosthetique Coiffure Beaute will issue a refund by reducing the original shipping fee and handling fee (15% of the value of products) as re-stocking fee.
11. La Biosthetique Coiffure Beaute is not responsible for damage after delivery.
12. All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
